This notice describes data currently processed by the pre-launch matechcode.com website. It will be expanded before the store and commercial sales open.

Launch notification
If you voluntarily subscribe, we process your email address solely to send a signup thank-you and one MindVaultEraser™ launch message. The legal basis is consent. We will delete the address after sending the launch message, no later than 30 days after launch, or earlier if you withdraw consent.
Microsoft Clarity
Analytics starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Microsoft Clarity may then process visited pages, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, approximate location and IP address. Form fields are masked. Advertising measurement remains disabled.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides the service. Playback data is generally retained for 30 days, while aggregated click data, heatmaps and selected sessions may be retained for up to 9 months. Microsoft may use appropriate legal safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Your choice
Without consent, the Clarity script is not downloaded. We store your choice locally in your browser for up to 180 days so you are not asked on every visit. You can change it at any time through “Privacy settings”.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
